Hunger Relief Initiative Amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Hunger is not just a stark reality but a life-threatening endemic that no individual, regardless of age or gender, should ever have to endure. In the midst of the overwhelming challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Samagrah Foundation embarked on a noble initiative to alleviate the suffering of the hungry and helpless. Through concerted efforts, we have successfully distributed over 5000 food boxes to the Lucknow Nagar Nigam, aimed at providing sustenance to migrants en route to Lucknow amidst their challenging journeys.

Our primary focus has been on delivering clean, nutritious meals to those who are grappling with hunger, a demographic for whom social distancing is a luxury, and who lack the same access to vital information, sanitation, and healthcare that many of us take for granted. Under the leadership of our esteemed director, Mrs. Aprajita Sethi, and with the invaluable support of her two daughters, along with the unwavering backing of friends and family, we established a community kitchen that tirelessly catered to the needs of the homeless and rickshaw pullers.

Additionally, our organization extended its compassion to ensure the well-being of the stray dogs along Sapru and Ashok Marg, ensuring that even the most vulnerable members of our society were not overlooked in our efforts to provide care and support during these challenging times.
